Shipping policy

Orders placed on clothvera.shop are packed and dispatched by MD TANVIR AHMED from Los Angeles, California.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take up to 10 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your items. The exact rate is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to freight forwarders or international addresses.

Incorrect addresses

If the address you entered is incomplete or incorrect, contact us at contact@clothvera.shop as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address; if it is returned to us we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email contact@clothvera.shop with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and keep you updated.
