Return and refund policy

MD TANVIR AHMED wants you to be satisfied with every order placed on clothvera.shop. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for the power banks, alarm clocks, cooling fans and ambient lighting we sell.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, with all original packaging, accessories and manuals included.

How to start a return

Email contact@clothvera.shop or call (213) 352-2933 during Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time and include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We reply with return instructions within one business day. Please do not send items back before you receive those instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the whole order is returned because of a defect or an error on our side. No restocking fee is charged.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or a refund quickly.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different colour or model, contact us at contact@clothvera.shop. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements as returns.
